Command Z Labs has partnered with several companies to help us understand visitors coming to our website and using our products, including Intercom, Google, and Facebook. These companies may place third party tracking cookies on your computer from our website.
If Command Z Labs, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Command Z Labs goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. As part of our service (camps, after school program, club memberships and online memberships), we collect information regarding students. This information is available to view under a parent login, or by requesting a copy of information. Students under 13 must have permission from a parent or guardian to sign up for an account. Students who do not have permission may still access many of our lessons.
Parents may choose to delete all student information at any time via our web portal, or by requesting it from a staff member at a club, or contacting our support team at email@example.com.
As part of our paid membership programs, camps, after school programs, online programs and free trials, we may collect student names, school name, age, and gender. Our staff also keeps records of student performance, checkins (to clubs, including date and time), student rankings, followups, badges, lessons completed, projects, student portfolios, goals, points, events, prizes. We also record all online interactions that occur via our CRM (Intercom) Students may also interact with each other and post status updates and comments on our social networks, via their usernames.
